Start with the right login/password. All sites, including the main site are now using login: ads password: ads You probably can't get in by anonymous access anymore. If you have trouble logging in, try using login: view password: only This password will not allow you to download anything, but it will allow you to see what files are on what servers and set up your files for automatic download. If this login works, but the password above does not, then the most likely problem is that the servers have reached their limit and they will not allow new people to log in, until some old people log out. Do not contact tech support (support@animedownload.net) until you have tried this. Do not try to log into these FTP sites with your web browser. You need to get an FTP client. I recommend CuteFTP or BulletProof FTP. Both can be downloaded for free at www.TuCows.com. If you persist in using something else (Netscape, Internet Explorer, GetRight, GoZilla, etc.) and you can't log in, then don't ask for help. Do not even try to log in more than once per minute. Set the retry delay to something greater than 60 seconds. If you do not follow this rule, you will waste bandwidth and so the servers will ban you automatically. I have no control over this. Once you are banned you can be banned for up to a day. Each server has his own rules. Some want you to wait 5 minutes. You will find this information in the log in screen (Just about every FTP client - including the ones I mentioned - will show you the log in screen, but some of the other programs I mentioned do not. So you really need an FTP client). If you even want a /chance/ to get in, then you better read this paragraph again and be sure you understand it.
