It would help if you read through some of the acknowledgements and sent private e-mail to those who have helped out. After all, they are not helping me so much as they are helping YOU! I get occasional e-mail telling me what good job I am doing but I could never do it without their help. I would really like for the people who help me to know they are appreciated. Since I first posted the request on the FTP server asking for help I wasn't really expecting people to come to my aid. Then when someone did it was in spades and I really wanted to thank them but I never got around to writing the HTML for that. Sorry Jim. Nothing personal.
Anyway now that I have a talented webmaster to run the ADS page I am can focus on making thanks and not formatting things to look nice and make sure the links work.

The following people have donated either time and/or money in order to keep the site going smoothly.
Mike "Godai" Donat was the first person to download from the ADS using phone modem (back then the files where 980 MB) and in so doing proved to the world that this could be done! Back then everyone said it was not possible. Godai has become the ADS's biggest fan. Among other things he has provided back ups for files that where lost, constant encouragement, and most recently he provided Matching funds on the new ADS HDD. Allowing me to expand to even greater heights and to make room for the Hyper police files that are now on the server.
Bernardo. There can not be enough thanks to this man for designing, building and maintaining the ADS web page. Without him things would really suck around here. Probably half the people who know about the ADS server come through the web page and it was terrible before! So thank you thank you and THANK YOU to Bernardo for his relentless efforts.
"Aeris Nova" helped me to get the first non local mirror on line and has also downloaded tons of "test" files for analysis.

DNS service. This is what allows you to access the web page and the main site as "animedownload.net" instead of some complicated IP number. The ADS server probably receives 2000 hits a day now and each and everyone of them taps the DNS server on the route. Big thanks to Jim "Aziwoqpd".

These are the people who make the subtitled videos that I capture. They have given me specific permission to distribute their translations in this manner. So please write to tell them if you like being able to download files on the ADS and tell them what you thought of their efforts in translating anime on your behalf. In short, shower them with praise and affection for without this, they may not make more. It takes 40 hours per episode to make fansubs and they do it solely for the gratitude from fans. Please let them know you care!
